My husband and I attend Pilates every week with Peter - who is a wonderful teacher and very patient with us beginners. We have both noticed that we are more flexible with more mobility and strength, particularly in the core area and are feeling the benefits as we are both approaching 60!

Really enjoying Pete's Pilates sessions. The space and the small class sizes are great, Pete's instruction is clear, and the pace of the classes mean you get a strong workout.

Thank you Peter. I have been attending the Pilates classes for just over a year and have found significant improvement to my core strength but certificate critically for me my pain levels.
Peter started with an assessment of my condition(knee pain) followed by some focused rehab sessions and homework. Which in turn has allowed me to join group classes.
I have been through multiple rounds of physio and surgery, but it has been peters sessions which I have felt the greatest benefit.
Brilliant!

I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. He really knows his stuff with thorough understanding of both the mechanics of the body and different methods and approaches to both yoga and Pilates. He is happy to adapt his style and lesson plan to meet the needs of the class and with such small groups is able to give regular feedback to ensure you are undertaking each exercise correctly.

Thank you Peter - you are an excellent instructor! Your classes are fantastic and so is your ability to modify any exercise to suit all fitness levels. Just great for your body and soul - once tried, you are hooked!!! So if you want to improve your ability to move, shed few pounds or just lift up your spirits after long day at work, this is it!

If you've wondered what kettlebells can add to your running technique, then stop wondering and give them a go.
Peter's kettlebell workshop was amazing - the most I've learned in one morning for a long time! Peter's knowledge and experience translated into a mega - kettlebell learning curve.
I know more and have way more confidence about my body's abilities than I did before the session. Peter's attention to detail, thoroughness in technique deployment and gentle guidance left us feeling strong, empowered and pretty amazed at our own ability. Thank you Peter, I'm looking forward to another session already.

Peter’s Pilates class is excellent, the exercises are challenging but relevant to my ability and age. I always leave the class feeling invigorated both in mind and body. I can highly recommend this class!

Have been going to Peter's classes for the past few years, it has massively improved my core strength and flexibility, the classes are a great complement to any runners or cyclists.
